Privacy notice

How New York Fashion Times handles your information

New York Fashion Times is operated by ACME Productions, LLC. This notice covers the inquiry form on this site and the event galleries ACME Productions publishes for the guests of events it covers.

Event photographs and video

ACME Productions films and photographs events for editorial coverage, with signage at the venue saying so. Photographs and clips from an event are shown on that event’s page at acmeproductions.org for 30 days after the event, reached only from the code on the sign at the venue and never listed or indexed by search engines, and may be published by the outlets ACME produces for, including this site. They are not sold and not matched to names or faces. To have a photograph of you taken down, send an inquiry with the event code from the page and which photo it is; we remove it from the event page and from any article that used it.

If you ask an event page to tell you when its photos are up, we keep your email address only until that one message is sent, together with a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse, and then delete the address. Photos you save on an event page are remembered in your own browser only.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry we receive your name and email address and, if you provide them, your company, phone number, event date, budget range, the service or talent you ask about, and your message, together with the site the inquiry came from. To limit abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself.

How we use it

We use your inquiry only to reply to you and to manage any conversation, booking or project that follows. We do not sell it. If team notifications are switched on, a short summary (the inquiry type, the brand, your company name and a reference number) is sent to our team channel.

Who can see it

ACME Productions staff with access to the brand you contacted.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, send a new inquiry with the closest option and tell us what you need. We reply to the email address you used.
